By creating an account or using ApplyIQ, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms; continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
ApplyIQ is an AI-powered job application assistant. It searches job boards, generates cover letters and recruiter emails, and tracks your applications. We do not guarantee job interviews, employment outcomes, or the accuracy of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing all applications before they represent you.
You agree not to use ApplyIQ to submit false or misleading information in job applications, to misrepresent your qualifications, to scrape or copy our systems, to resell or commercialise access to the platform, or to violate any applicable law. Violations result in immediate account termination without refund.
The free trial gives full access for 7 days. After the trial, continued use requires a R49/month subscription billed via PayFast. Subscriptions renew automatically on the same date each month. You can cancel anytime from the Billing page — access continues until the period end. No refunds are issued for partial months.
All AI-generated content (cover letters, emails, analysis) produced for you is yours to use. ApplyIQ retains no rights to content created on your behalf. You grant us a limited licence to process your CV and profile data solely to provide the service.
ApplyIQ is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to missed job opportunities, employment decisions, or actions taken by employers. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be resolved in South African courts. For disputes under R20,000, we will first attempt resolution via email negotiation before pursuing formal proceedings.
